At Run North West, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical running gear. If your new shoes or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is inside its original box without tape applied directly to the shoe box.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or one of our physical store hubs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
